The lane is boy/girl, which is the plainest format the industry sells and the hardest one to fake. One man, one woman, a room, and a camera close enough that nothing can be staged out of frame. There is no plot to carry the runtime, so the performers carry it instead: pace, contact, the small negotiations of position that keep a long take alive. A performer either holds that frame or the edit exposes the gaps. Scenes in this format are made for the clip and subscription market, where a single scene has to sell itself without a campaign behind it.
